Behind Momofuku

Momofuku was founded by chef David Chang. His appearances include The Mind of a Chef, Ugly Delicious, and The Next Thing You Eat. Esquire placed him among this century's most influential people, while New York Times bestseller status went to his cookbook, Momofuku.

Storage and Dietary Details

Shelf stability applies to every item. Refrigeration is necessary after opening Chili Crunch, Mild Garlic Chili Crunch, Black Truffle Chili Crunch, Extra Spicy Chili Crunch, and Liquids. The line is vegan with two exceptions, Chili Crunch Hot Honey and Korean BBQ Sauces, and no added MSG is used.
